These terms cover your use of grantandgrowth.com and the services offered on it by Grant & Growth Co. LLC. A signed proposal or service agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over anything here.

The free audit

The diagnostic audit is free and carries no obligation. Requesting one does not create a contract, does not require payment details, and does not commit you to a plan. We aim to deliver it within three business days.

Services and pricing

Plans are billed monthly at the rates published on this site. There is no setup fee and no annual contract, and you can cancel at any time. Fees cover our management work only. They do not include advertising spend, and the Google Ad Grant itself is provided by Google at no cost to eligible organizations.

Eligibility for the Google Ad Grant

The Ad Grant is available only to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Eligibility, approval, and continued participation are determined by Google, not by us. Some categories of organization are excluded by Google’s own policy, including government entities, hospitals and healthcare organizations, and schools and universities, although their charitable arms may qualify.

We will help you apply and will manage the account to Google’s requirements, but we cannot guarantee that Google will approve an application or keep an account active.

What we do and do not promise

We commit to the work described in your plan: managing your campaigns, maintaining compliance, fixing what we find, and reporting monthly in plain language. We do not promise specific rankings, traffic volumes, donation totals, or a particular return, because those depend on factors outside our control, including your programs, your audience, and changes Google makes to its own products.

Access to your accounts

Delivering the service requires access to your Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ad Grant accounts. You retain ownership of those accounts and everything in them. You can revoke our access at any time, and we will return or relinquish access on request when an engagement ends.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for the content of your own website, and for keeping your organization’s nonprofit status current.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
